IFC releases finance and policy blueprint for green buildings

To encourage investors to put their money into sustainable buildings, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) has released a report entitled Green Buildings: A Finance and Policy Blueprint for Emerging Markets. SA’s first Green Star Sustainable Precincts rating awarded
